That looks fantastic- is the shield door only there to make sure the blast doesn't kill the bomb planter? In which case- psha! He should have backed up. Again, the aesthetics of the aftermath are beautiful. Great eye for detail. What Forge pieces are you using for the rebar? Some of them look like the small satellite dish stuff, but I can't place others.
What u could do is make a map thats om the beach like d-day then first u would have to capture the beach then bonb open part of the base where the core/intel is the take the intel back to ur boat/extraction point
You could always make a Lord of the Rings Helms Deep map. Wouldn't be super original, but I don't think I've seen one with an exploding wall yet
Could you do all this with the game type being 1 Flag CTF??? It would be cool if you have the flag behind the door that is heavaly fortafide with turrets, and vehicles that are blocked in so they cannot move but the weapons are still useable. Balance it out with the team on defense having weaker loadouts and the offensive team having more powerful loadouts to handle the heavy defenses. Tweeking spawn points and respawn times could make it a brutal map
Yes, but the gametype would actually be invasion. Your first phase would be to bomb the door. Then phase 2 would be to retrieve a flag to the "extract" point.
I am trying to recreate this and it won't work for some reason. On another note, I hope you release a map with these sort of cool features
