Relapse Hello community! I bring to you my second map! I thought of the design of this one during a break at college. I drew a rough sketch of what i wanted it to be like so i knew what i was doing when as soon as i got on forge. What i have tried to achieve is a map that is good for both team games and ffa's. I've tried and succeed in creating pockets within the map that allows fast action and good gameplay, with ways to get aound that map that aren't that obvious with just a quick glance. Enough talk! There are some cool ideas in this map but to me nothing really stands out. It looks like this map was rushed a little. On your next map I would try and make pieces fit better and to not be 'glitching' such as the pyramids.
If your referring to the rocks on top of the pyramid, I'm not sure what you mean. i put them there so the light reflects off the curves to add to the aesthetics. They were the last parts i added to the map and once they were there the map simply looked better. Yes i managed to get this finished in 3 days, but that's what you can achieve when you know what the map looks like on paper. Would you say that's rushed?
I Agree with fightdude. The pieces you chose don't really fit together. Especially those 5 by 1s in top middle. Try making structures that look realistic. That's just my advice. Good symmetry though. And I like the bases. Just not the middle. It's too random
