Your view about this Map?

 

You can use 650 pieces just like the other canvases, but there arent any natural items on the list like the trees or rocks. I used the prefab pieces because of how little room there was to work in. Building a structure that complex would never have looked as good, would have taken many more peices and polygons, and would have most likely taken up much more room on the map. I rarely use them bc I think it looks lazy, but at the same time, so many people nowadays only build their maps out of blocks. That look is starting to get really old to me and im my opinion, the blocks in H2A really aren't that attractive. I think the ones in Reach look the best and allow maps to look more varied. As to if I would do it again, I looked at the other Standard maps in Forge and Bloodline is the only one that has some potential. Stonetown has the other middle area, but why bother forging somewhere that has so much room already taken up. I liked forging on the beach alot, but I think I would have a really hard time coming up with something else that made as good use of the existing structure and that would look as good. The map is currently pushed all the way up to the edges of all permanent Soft Kill Zones too, so there really isn't any other available space on that side of the map. Im sure there are a bunch of possiblilities for the area though, especially for smaller maps like you said. There is still a week left in the competition too. That should be plenty of time to get something small together.

 

Updated the map with colors for callouts today. I tried to me minimal with them bc I didn't want to effect the look of the map too much, but I think it needed them.
