If the rocket hog was not modded, just spawned... then it seems way too over powering for it being as maneuverable as it is with unlimited rocket ammo
When I last heard about the Rocket Warthog, which was not long before Reach went gold, it still had the six shots before reloading. I see no reason they would change that since if you look at the pictures closely there are six rocket tubes total. Remember that Vehicles have much less health now so although, they can unleash a withering volley of fire quickly, they do not last long on the battlefield. This brings in the blitzkrieg strategy of rushing in, taking the objective, and escaping as fast as possible, unlike the old halo strategy of suppressing enemy defenses and spawn camping and slowly taking the objective which usually involved spawn camping. Anyways I also updated with some new pictures. I have images and descriptions for almost all the weapons and covenant enemies for Reach. Who thinks I should post another thread with all these?
Isn't the Falcon a CAMPAIGN ONLY vehicle? Last time I checked, CTF was not a campaign mode game type. Nonetheless, I do look forward to flying one. If the jeeps and transport hogs are available in Forge World, it will surely make most of the Halo-style maps, frog pond, and racing maps more interesting. I could never stand the noobs that didn't have the foresight to see people using choppers and gauss turrets to shoot teammates off the tracks.
The Falcon is not a campaign only vehicle. It has been shown multiple times on Forge World and Spire.
Forge World ViDoc 1:30 Spire First Picture There are different versions of the Falcon. The campaign version can hold more people than the MP version can.
Campaign only reffers to the passengers and chaingun. I though I was such common knowledge that the falcon is in multiplayer that no one would get that mixed up. I'll update that and a few other things tonight.
I've watched the vid docs, but haven't been analyzing them as in-depth as some of you have. For example, I've watched that first vid doc when it was first released... but to me, I just watched the vid and saw a huge map with unlimited possibilities and noticed some nice new pieces to work with. I didn't pay attention to the specific pieces or vehicles that were on there, nor analyze which parts of the map were in relation to each other.
