Creator: DracoStraybyrn ROCK AND ROLL on Foundry Gametype Description: An offroad-style track that's nearly all double-wide (small single wide due to track overlap but doesn't affect gameplay too much) featuring neat interlocking, a geomerged Fence Box, a banked curve, a jump ALL THE WAY over Foundry to a perfect-every-time (unless you're Masta and you TRY to mess it up) landing zone. The finish line is (hopefully and supposedly) cheat-proof. Extra cheat-proofing in progress, but if I update the FileShare I'll lose the link because Bungie is giving me the login error. Overall really fun map with delayed start and a good mix of speed and stunts. This map shows nearly every trick and ability a forger can have, even though I (stupidly) forgot to take up the rest of Foundry. I could have, but it'd only add a few seconds on to the lap time and I wouldn't be able to add many more stunts or anything. Enjoy. Recommended laps: 15+. --Racing Tips-- - Skipping the jumps in the back can save you time, but if you're not careful you'll tip over. - Powerslide only in the big areas... you don't want to crash into the wall. Maintaining control is important for speed. - Hit the jumps at as best angles you can. It'll save speed and time. - Going on the banked curve can maintain speed, but staying off is shorter. Mostly force in order to be able to host the Skill is the Game tournament. I didn't expect it to go so quick, but that was way cool. After I started with it, I remembered that I wanted someone to make an offroad track, so I just made one myself. My love of long tracks and jumps sort of took it from there. The man cannon is a result of my want to make something new in most of my tracks. How long did it take to create? Only a day . A few hours for each big section (with refining and whatnot). Final touches just in time for midnight. Lol. It turned out really well. What aspect took the longest to get right? Definitely the first 180 bank made of double-walls. Maybe the banked turn. They each took about a half hour. The rest was pretty simple. It doesn't take boxed-in tracks and aesthetics to make an amazing map, you just have to work hard and make it fun. (Don't fall off-- nothing in the map is advantageous even if you do something out of turn.) DOWNLOAD

wow sweet 180 banked turn. i like how thhe starting is delayed so nobody is getting a head start. really nice im downloading.

looks good but be careful about you using those shield doors. they fricking bounce that mongoose like crazy.
It's bumpy/bouncy/rough because what I'm trying to do with this and my next few tracks is merge the gap between tourney tracks and fun/stunt tracks. Big stunts will have risks eliminated, and tourney tracks will get a lot more interesting. =] And it's completely uncheatble. Anything "Sloppy" is completely intentional.
I understand what your trying to do with the offroading mixture but the interlocking is way off on all parts i do like thebanked turn but its out of the way and you dont even hit it, also the man cannon launches you off the landing platform every once in awhile, the design is ok but very confusing 2/5
Unless you hit the cannon sideways, it's a perfect landing. I tested the map for 50 laps and didn't mess it up once. Neither did the other 7 racers. As for the sloppiness, which parts? Most of it is good, so please be specific. And thanks for the comment.
Alot of the barriers looks crooked and not stood up straight, the starting gate is misproportioned, try to make your banked turn acctually part of the track, a lot of the smaller ramps are crooked and out of line if fixed up right track could have potential but not right now in my book sry
this is a neat map! you could interlock the double boxes a little though. I like the jumps and the banked turn!
This is really good ,it looks well interlocked and all, I am yet to play it, but my hopes are high. BTW why is this only rated 3 stars? I'm giving it a 4 at elast, possibly 5, because it took alot of effort.
