I'm making a racetrack type map with a twist. However, that twist doesn't necessarily need to be revealed yet; What I need to know is "When making a racetrack in the shape of an oval, like nascar, How many grid blocks would you recommend the two parallel straightaways to be apart?". The curved parts I'm hoping will be banked. , How much room should I allow myself for the banking? (I'm making the two straightaways first, and there should be more than enough room for a mongoose to maneuver).

Probably about 4, that way the curve is just gradual enough to not allow sliding.

4 blocks on the grid in the skybubble? That seem kind of thin.

:p 2 double blocks (longways) wide, inbetween the two tracks.

Alright, I'll try that out. Thanks, I just didn't want to put it too close/far and mess up the entire banked curve.
