Hmm they both look the same to me. Probably because I am colorblind. Anyways, are you trying to re-create the old school theme?

 

I can't even tell a difference between the two. Are they different?

 

Personally, I like the second one better.
Not too sure why, maybe because it's not as contrasting..?
I won't judge on the theme as a whole yet, because we can't see it! (¬¬ - Actually)

Bottom is better, but only if you change the blasted gray color bar.

 

The first one, although that blue isn't the best color imo

Unless you go a few shades lighter on the bottom one (light blue)

 

top one. dont like the chlorine sry. and the red text just punched me in the eyes.

 

I like the Blue & White better, i like contrast
