Has anyone else's forging been going awry? I've been working on a Elongation remake, slowly and patiently, but every time I start the map back up, pieces have been slightly moved from where I originally had placed them. So, any ideas?

the infamous bump glitch, the only way around it is to constantly save and load your map while tweaking the parts so that they line up on load.

If it is not too bad, I suggest ignoring it, otherwise, that is your only option

Ah. I guess I'll have to try that then since it keeps throwing things out of wack. Thanks for the help!

Im not sure if anyone has tried it yet. But have you tried locking your pieces after placing them? I thought one of the main reasons for lock was so they wouldnt move.

The lock is designed to stop the objects from moving when you're forging. The bump issue is due to the way the positions of the objects are saved and loaded.

It sucks, because this was a problem in Reach, and it has yet to be fixed 3 DLCs, 2 TUs and a full game later.
