I've made a few changes to my first posted map called Quick N Slick. I got good feedback but with some constructive critisim. So I set out to make it better. I changed some weapon placements and put some new ones in. Also, I did some more merging to clean it up. Last but not least I added some things to make it look better scenery wise. Weapons SMGx2 Shotgunx2 Assualt Riflex3 Sniper Riflex1 Battle Riflex1 Plasma Grenadex2 Spike Grenadex2 Frag Grenadex1 Firebomb Grenadex1 All weapons have no extra clips except the sniper rifle and SMGs which each have one extra clip. The zombies have no shields and regular damage resistance. They have swords and can't pick up weapons. Humans spawn with magnums only and can pick up weapons. The last man standing has a forced color of white and can take two hits before dying.The humans spawn in a rectangular section and must move forward into the map to get weapons and ammo. You could try your luck there but a zombie teleporter reciever behind you will make short work of it. The map supports 4-8 players there shouldn't be many more or the weapons will be in high demand and it will be too easy for the zombie. The last man standing's shields don't recharge. Quick N Slick V1 The zombies spawn in a closed off box exclusive to the infected and it has 4 teleporter nodes in it. Each one leads to two different reciever nodes hovering over the map. There are different power-ups merged above each teleporter to indicate which is which. Blue=human spawn, BR spawn Red=Random Blue/Red=random Yellow=random ZOMBIE SPAWN HUMAN SPAWN SMG TABLE BR SPAWNS ON TOP OF THE DOOR SHOTGUN AND PLASMA GRENADES HIDDEN SNIPER (YOU HAVE TO USE A GRENADE TO GET IT OUT) OVERVIEW 1 OVERVIEW 2 (RECIEVER NODES ARE WHERE ZOMBIE DROP FROM) OVERVIEW 3 VIEW FROM HUMAN SPAWN Also, if you so happen to find a way out of the map, (I couldn't at all even with grenade jumping,) there are sender nodes that will send you back in. Hold it... if this is V2, you need to bring over all of your original info into this post. It's nice you gave a link but people aren't going to want switch between the pages to see a weapon list It does look smoother than the original. Can you give a description of the gametype? Just standard infection? or is it something more various?
Real nice V2 you took all the ideas given and used them quite well I hope to see some more maps this good from you
yeah I am working on 2 more maps at the moment I am not going to reveal them yet though so be patient
the map s really cool. i like how there is a noob trap. i really like how its always an intense time when playing with one of these maps. the layout is nice. i would suggest that you maybe try to build some sort of a second level.
thanks for the feedback but the only problem with a second lvl is keeping people in gets harder but I'm sure i could do it
It is definately better, I am entertained by the fact that you failed to mention where the teleporters out of the map take you. The quality of the map is par, not worthy enough for a feature of anything of that sort, but It could be fun for a little while.
Nice job. There is nice smooth merging and great gameplay. I like the enclosed area idea. Makes you forget you're in a smelly Foundry Gameplay is great too fun to play and it's like paintaball. Only... Nicer. Nice interlocking too. Overall I really like it 5/5
