Map Title: Quarry Quandry Excavation teams race to recover ancient artifacts. Download Map Description: In the wake of the Covenant defeat, private archaeological teams race in to recover Forerunner objects. Deadly competition ensues. Two bases are at the foot of a great pyramid temple. Map is made for capture the flag with a twist. Flags are not placed in bases but at the top of the pyramid next to eachother. This adds for a twist on a classic gametype. well for a first map post you did well although a few more pictures would be nice but onto the map if you make a version 2 it would be awesome if you did these for the map you need to add more cover cause right now the only way to get anywhere is from the vehicles which wouldnt work out very well and you should expand the bases a bit and add more cover on them to help prevent spawn camping and add more cover to the hill but the map is very straight but i would like to know if this is a non interlocked map? if it is then you did a exellent job of putting it all togther but for the vehicles i think there is to much you should probably remove either the warthogs or the choppers i would recommend the removing the warthogs cause if part of your team is laying down alot of fire and the other team cant get a good shot you could just shuttle a guy over there really fast and capture the flag multiple times and remove 1 mongoose from each base and if its just mongooses delivering flag people then the can be killed or flipped over very easily and for the weapons they all seem good except you should remove 1 sniper and put the other on the small hill inbetween the 2 bases and move the spartan laser to the big hill underneith the flags perhaps? but i love the flag twist idea i might have to use that someday but all in all i would give it a 6.9 outta 10 but i hope this helped in someway... and i hope to see a version 2 someday sorry im not trying to be rude or hard on you im just trying to help you improve your map for a version 2 also please no one else post about all the stuff i jsut said he has no need to hear it twice or 3 times which will probably happen anyways
This looks like an okay map but it needs a structure in the center to help make it so you can't fire across from base to base which is a bad thing. This also needs structures in between the corner buildings too. It all helps add cover with what this map needs. I really agree with the guy above though. Just touch up on all of that stuff and the stuff he said in a V2.
