This map is the first map i ever made using forge.After fiddling with controls and objects you can make on forge world i decided to create a close-quarters map based on blackout from Halo 3.I put it in the thinking it would make it similar to how blackout is high up and shows the landscape around it. At the center of the map there is a large room with 3 doorways leading in various directions.You can also find weapons in here. This room also spawns the neutral players in a game.But the map is designed for red vs blue games. The red team when the game is started will spawn in a small box bunker with a health pack.They will be closest to the main room.The blue team will spawn further away from the room but can get to the red base fairly quickly allowing them to intercept the reds if a game of capture the flag is started. In some parts of the map there are 'gravity lift tunnels' that quite simply tunnels that take a player onto a different level on the map there are 3 levels in all, each has many winding bridges that lead around the map.A skilled jet pack user can easily use this to quickly get across the map effortlessly. The game type you can download is great fun particularly on this map.It is very similar to COD's hardcore mode; the added damage makes it much easier to kill players but easier to get killed yourself.Another reason i made this game mode is because it makes things more realistic.You have a sense that the weapon is more powerful and because of more kills you get extra exp too. To get the most out of this map play with 6-10 players for fun battles and try the gametype on other maps.It works great!
Looks like you put alot of thought and effort in making the spawns balanced, I understand the logic it takes to place spawns on asymmetrical maps, however with only two pics provided I highly doubt anyone will download, come on! Show more of your map!
