Okay, My friend's Friend made a Xboxlive account. He lives in USA and Forgot to put USA as his Location. He Realized that He need My Help to get him some points. I bought him a 1400 Point Card. Not my money, I dont care If you think Im retarded. Okay, so He types it in and it works. Problem is when he went to download Gear's 2 DLC 800 Points Package. It said "Not in Region". WTF? Anyone know?
could be that you need to recover the account or it could be that you said you were in the states but actually in Canada EDIT: a US account can not use Canadian points it is the same with US and Europe
