Possession of under an ounce will either be ignored or get you a small fine and or some community service hours here in Rhode Island. Doesn't really effect me though, whether it's legal or not, weed got boring for me once it became just a hassle to smoke it, with school, work, and sports and ****.
Here in Washington they are still trying to figure it out. Like the feds are still making all their rules so technically its still illegal even though they signed off on it... Its weird.
I don't like paying attention to politics because they just make me sad and make me question if I really want to defend them as a job. So somebody catch me up on this pot stuff
I hate how FH stutters for me to load so I have to scroll 15-million times before I can properly read a whole sentence. Anyways, you can still get busted for pot ANYWHERE in the US because of the feds. That's why some (paranoid) folks don't buy from dispensaries still because transactions can be traced back to them and used to incriminate them, especially in places like Cali where a medical ID is required. I can't remember what kind of licensing is required for CO now, but you could actually receive a stipend for growing up to six(?) plants from the state/medical dudes. I think they made it JUST below the point where it would be easily detectable via power consumption and heat. I wonder if the feds cannot track people down who bought medicinal marijuana because of HIPAA though. Too lazy to look it up so this is all conjecture. GOD DAMN IT STOUF, I THOUGHT YOU WERE GRIF AGAIN. P.S. lrn2politics. The cool thing is you can hate anybody. You should at least know some of the things your elected officials are doing. You're failing your duty as a citizen if you want to remain ignorant (for the lack of a better word).
Oh good, it's working! I learned to politics a while ago and it just made me sad. I catch myself up around elections. I also can't technically publicly support anybody.
