The call serves two purposes: one of which being that the call states power over a particular territory. Prowess factors for how large the territory in question is. The call can also be used as a defense mechanism when challenged or assaulted. Individuals of various backgrounds respond to the call differently. Some experts say that this is directly correlated by how active the receiving individual is, and/or how long the offspring took to become independent of his/her parent(s).
Dem basic bitches wear dat **** so I don' even botha. EDIT: I'm a Big Girl Now! - Fallout 3 Birthday Party - YouTube
Imagine a future where the deceased are not buried but instead submerged into a thick glass container filled with water at a homogeneous 33 degrees. Then these containers run an electrical current through them, whilst staying just above freezing; then these containers are put on display at a state/county/federal museum where you can go visit your relative's jolting corpse. I ****ing hate my dreams.
I've had two "movie dreams" to date. Both related to the same theme but wildly different in scope and detail. The first one was my favorite dream to date. It was ****ing preceded by a movie trailer for the dream and is one of the few dreams that didn't end when I realized I was sleeping. I literally went "oh my god I want to see this movie" then the movie played with every scene shown in the trailer. I'm writing a script on it now.
You must have remembered that dream vividly. If my dream is ****ed up enough and I remember the just of it, I usually jot down some notes for creative brainstorming (mostly on art pieces).
I remember the important bits. While it was a full-on movie in the dream, it wasn't a movie I'd necessarily make in the form it was in (it was a neo-Hitchcock movie, like Oldboy is, and was totally inspired by that movie in terms of locale and environment) so I just took bits and pieces I really liked. I've already written the rough outline for it and really like what I have, but I probably won't write it fully til next year because I plan on going to the Sundance Institute to work on it (though that place is hard as hell to get into). I don't wake up knowing what my dreams were enough so the ones where I do are easily remembered.
Well I'm looking at getting into UC Davis for biochemistry, then eventually take their brewmaster's program. I already brew beer and plan on selling it (probably illegally) within the next year. At least you have big ambitions man. Most of my friends don't, which is pitiful. I had a dream once about a chocolate stout recipe. Something close to it is fermenting at my house. Blub blublub.
SoCal has great breweries that you should hella check out. Lost Abbey and Ballast Point and Green Flash are my favorites. Well, Stone is nice too if you're near Escondido. rofl.
Nowhere near Escondido. And I'd need to have a good beer first, that is, something that doesn't wreck my tastebuds like alcohol in general seems to do with one sip, before I make the trip lol.
You guys are discussing all your cool plans about brewing beer, making movies, and generally doing artsy/fun things with your lives. And here I sit, planning to kill people for a living.
Nice inaugural beers are Sierra Nevada's "Pale Ale" or their "Old Chico," the latter being less offensive to the palette. You can find Sierra Nevada almost anywhere that sells a common selection of beer. Another to look out for is Anchor Brewing's "Anchor Steam Beer" or their "Liberty Ale." All of the above do a very nice job at masking the alcoholic taste while still being full-bodied and contain relatively higher abv's (you asked for it, clearly). In a Lovely Bones kind of way, or a Halo kind of way?
