You can still go onto your old account, Reyn, if you haven't used it in a long while. Not active means not posting a lot, not you can't use the account. (unless it's banned, that's a different story).

Two people would have to post saying they worked on the signature, and I trust all the active GFX'ers on the site.
No, I just doubt anybody but seasoned, regular members would compete in that SOTW. I'd believe other people as well.
Good theme for making sigs, but remember that a lot of people dont make the sigs with the theme, just post old ones
