PPC - Post Party Countdown

Is anyone in line for Skyrim right now?

 

No it's only 8:30 here. I'm taking my friends to GamesStOp at 11:30 tonight since I have a ZipCar, though I'm not getting the game.

 

Im gonna pick up a pie when i get Skyrim

 

I'm watching Little Shop of Horrors

 

It's 11:45 here. I have to get it tomorrow because I preordered it at Best Buy and I guess they're not having a midnight release. -_-

 

Well that's ****ing stupid

You know, you can go into walmart at midnight and you don't even have to wait in line.

 

I figured this out back when Reach came out, and I just remembered after seeing facebook and here talking about waiting in line for the game.

 

I'm late to the party but I ****ing love jak and daxter.

 

I enjoyed Dead Island a lot but don't get it full price.

Unrelated: I decided to rent BF3 before buying it to test out multiplayer. I found out that you need an online pass (which is 800 Microsoft points). So, if you wanted to buy a used version, you would basically be paying the same thing. In addition, the DLC that comes with the limited edition would cost me some more points. Thanks EA for making my decision. I will not be buying Battlefield 3.

 

The idea behind it is that while GameStop makes a huge profit on used games, developers do not. Hence the online pass.

 

Well, I have to leave for work in 10 minutes. My stepdad is off to Best Buy right now picking up our copy. I have to wait until 11 tonight to play, and that's if no one else in my family is playing it. :[

 

Just picked it up. Epic gaming weekend ahead.
