A new Xbox LIVE free weekend sponsored by A&E starts today at 9:00am PST (12:00pm EST) which means as of this writing, the free weekend has started. All Xbox LIVE free members in the United States can temporarily enjoy the benefits of Gold membership now through March 7th, 9:00 am PST. This is the second such free weekend Microsoft has held since January. Free members should take advantage of this opportunity to check out the free Crysis 2 multiplayer demo or the new Call of Duty: Black Ops single-player demo.
