full story: sarge was an absolutely horrible moderator who didn't do work, and the few times he did, he just made biased decisions
Moderators have a quota to fill. He didn't fill his. I couldn't fill mine as a guardian, which is why I retired from it. I found that being a Journalist was more flexible towards my schedule. It's really not a big deal.
so you guys are doing things to fill a quota rather than moderate... this was a huge issue in my state with police not too long ago. they banned the **** out of that once everybody started getting bullshit tickets that all happened to be at the end of the month.
