First off, I do listen to alot of music styles. I just prefer metal. And I know the difference between popular radio **** and everything else. If I like it I like it. however not many of the vids posted in here have been any kind of good in my opinion. Personally anything that comes from a computer only with no actual musical instrument involved is just complete ****. Never been to a metal concert where people in the mosh pit were trying to show who was the alpha male. They are just there to have a good time. For them it's being in a near fight bouncing off others who are there for the same reason. They enjoy doing it what does it matter to you? If you don't stay out of the pit! Hell even I only venture into that mayhem for certain bands and when I'm in that kind of mood. On a completely unrelated note, what the **** is up with the daily challenge having to find that single elite on possible the biggest sandbox mission in the game? Every time I see him he's on the other side of the map from me.
I guess what they, and I to a point, are getting at is that when people take about "Techno" (really house, and it's derivatives) is this: YouTube - Basshunter-pretty rave girl + lyrics and similar songs, which is what we call euro trash. when we talk about artist like: YouTube - Gucci Vump - Sha! Shtil! (Original Mix) and some of the other artist that have been posted of recent. and as you said personally, we enjoy electronic music, because it is made to play off of emotions, and are used to control crowds when they are played in a set. Also, I like to believe that a Drum machine is an instrument, it takes knowledge to play, and for not the music not to should muddy, or bogged down with samples, synthesizers, and keys. It still takes skills to produce a good quality song. And, just to point it out, I've hard a lot of songs that are only played with physical instruments that sound soulless, and not imaginative at all. I'm also a fan of metal, and go to some shows on a regular basis, as well at Country & Western, Psychedelic Rock, and the regular Pretentious Hipster **** here and there.

Yeah I liked a few of his remixes from the start, so when I decided to just listen to a few of his songs I hated them. For some reason I just kept listening and now I actually like about half his songs, but the other half still are **** imo, lol.
