No OverShield I think, just someones shields getting drained... Nothing special 'bout it, try experimenting with some equipent, and/or weapons, they can make a really nice effect.
Your right there is no overshield and it is just a power drain... But!!! Just take a look at the background as it flows into the picture it almost looks like I were struck by lightning and at the angle the lightning flows into blackout as if it actually happened
That looks pretty cool. It was a good map to pick, but I would have gone somewhere with less background scenery.
