Nah, I know enough about pokemon. Twas but a joke. Except she was really hot. But I really hope X and Y have better pokemon.. after the second gen they started getting stupider and stupider. -Prepares for hate.-
I started with Ruby, so I have a huge Gen 3 bias. Gen 4 was probably my least favorite, though I liked a lot of the new evolutions. I've seen a lot of the Gen 5 ones, and while some are really dumb some are really cool. I kind of love to hate the garbage one.
Oh we doin this. We mutha fukin doing this? I had Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Stadium, Pokemon Coliseum, and the rest I played on emulators because I never got a DS. BEEEYOTCH
Oh, I had Stadium too. I don't believe I've played Coliseum? EDIT: And my cousin had Hey you, Pikachu... but yeah.. I don't think that counts.. what a terrible game..
Things learned from the Battle Subway: Crustle is immortal, everyone in the freaking world knows Focus Blast and it never misses, a Water-type knowing Rock Slide makes perfect sense to Japanese people, every Ice-type has an Occa berry shoved up their ass, and Saving doesn't count as Saving. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU Edit: Crustle with Quick Claw?! OMGWTF
I stopped doing the Battle Subway once I realised the AI knows what you do before your move, and counters it. They also have EV trained Pokemon with max IVs, too. Although, I think it was nerfed a bit in BW2 - I found it remarkably easy compared to the original BW. Oh, and cool thing I found out a few days ago: completing a Random Matchup battle over WiFi nets you 1BP. Pretty cool.
It's definitely the hardest thing I have done in the game. I felt more accomplished finally beating Ingo the first time than beating the Elite Four either time. I don't think they know what move you choose, or, at least, they don't adapt to it, because I whittled down an Alomomola holding Leftovers by evading its Dive with Fly. I almost kept that as my Battle Video just because of how stupid it looked.
Couldnt be as bad as my 42 turn video of me stalling out with gliscor vs a weezing. Leftovers+poison heal recovery, protect, dig, substitute and ice fang. I made it struggle to death.
Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Crystal, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Platinum, Black I was all like "I can play pokeman in class? K." Oh. X and Y look like leet ****. New monsters better not be lame af. Be pissed.
They finally made a show that actually follows the original game. It's too bad I don't care enough to watch it at this point, though.
yeah if that wasn't in some other language I'd definitely try to watch that. I am still pretty excited for pokemon X/Y. I'd be nervous, but I haven't been disappointed by any of these games yet.
Does anyone still play White 2/Black 2? I haven't sunk as much hours into it compared to White, but I still pick it up from time to time. I unlocked the shiny Dratini from Benga not long ago. And since we're comparing Pokemon epeens, I've owned Pokemon Red, Yellow, Silver, Crystal, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Platinum, White, White 2, Pinball, Pinball: Ruby and Sapphire, Snap, Stadium, Stadium 2, Coliseum, Trading Card Game, Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team, Channel, and Hey You Pikachu! I also had Pokemon Project Studio: Blue Version, which I don't think counts.
I'm not sure who was comparing pokemon epeens but whatever. It has been a while since I've played B2/W2, I have beaten B/W 4 times and B2/W2 3 times total. I was thinking about giving B/W one more run before I play X/Y, if class lectures are boring enough lol. Btw, if you think you're a hardcore pokemon fan, then you have no choice but to try hacked pokemon ROMs of B/W/B2/W2 by Drayano, known as Blaze Black and Volt White. There is also good ones for HG/SS as well, but the whole point of them is to make the game severely more difficult. Like, Gym leaders will sweep you one time or another. You won't realize how awesome and intense they are until you play it. Edit: Yep, didn't expect a response.
