Throw a greande in the hole on the right to get started then there are 3 trip mines on the map that count as bumpers. Just try to get the ball into the scoring locations. The harder ones give you more points. Once the ball is scored you just have to throw a grenade again and repeat.

I really wish you had some working pictures so that I could see the map. By the way If your having a hard time setting up your pictures try actually using the direct link instead of just the normal link. You may have to create an account on what ever image site in order to get the direct link.
