I'm currently making a pretty big map and my physics budget is at about 90% I'm afraid if I keep adding too much it might cause the game to crash. I've actually never encountered this problem It's usually light budget for me but any thoughts on this, either on preventing it or bringing it down without deleting too much?
Apparently the physics budget can be broken (somehow) without any major consequences. I heard some people had their physics budgets at around 300% with few (or no) adverse effects. Not having tried it, I can't be more specific.
You have to glitch forge to do it, which is another process. The game will treat the physics limit as a hard limit.
I am aware this is a bit of a late comment, but I just encountered this issue today where I hit the 99% Physics limit and was frustrated as I could not finish the BTB map I was working on. I decided to post this here for future forgers. I was able to break through the limit by placing blocks until 99% and then spawning and rapidly duplicating normal physics pylons, roughly 50 of them and then quickly duplicating a rock terrain piece. Duplicate some more terrain pieces to make sure you keep over 100% and delete all the pylons. I hope this helps people in the future. Break the physics limit at your own risk and make sure to save before and after attempting this. Also "Safe As" lots in the future as H5 Forge can be wildly unpredictable and we would hate to see you lose that awesome map you are working on.
