I'm a fairly new member, and I really enjoy Halo and Forge. Two of my other "hobbies", as you might say, include actionscript and photoshop, though I quit for a little while. (Sorry if Flash stuff doesn't belong here; I didn't see any other appropriate section).

    My Work
    Photoshop
These are older works, as I haven't photoshopped too much in a while. Please note that these are not in order of creation.

This was an experiment with a new smudging technique, and though I don't like the blending nor the effects, it's one of my better sprite tags.

An experiment with different types of effects without using C4D's. I had messed too much with my computer settings, so the contrast is kind of off.

This was one of my first sprite tags - and admittedly some things aren't that great (the text and depth and so on)

Honestly, one of my better tags. I was experimenting with using stocks instead of renders.

Another one of my better tags. However, I kinda screwed up the fire

By now you can tell I like sprites?

I was using some weird smudging technique...

Sorry for the huge picture. I was trying to do a spacescape using Greg Martin's and a couple of other people's tutorials. I really love the result.

    ActionScript
By now you're bored of photoshop? Some Actionscript. Copy and Paste the links cause the media player thing won't play these right for some reason.
    Code:
    http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i201/Elf-Ears/ParticleTests2.swf
    http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i201/Elf-Ears/ParticleTests.swf
    Actionscript 3
Two collision detection models using the Separating Axis Theorem
WASD and Arrow Keys to move the rectangles
    Code:
    http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i201/Elf-Ears/test2.swf
    Actionscript 2
Another Collision Detection Model. Uses sweep tests. One circle is bouncy , the other isn't. WASD and Arrow Keys to move again
    Code:
    http://www.freewebs.com/phastphlash/BitmapTests/BitmapTests.swf
A test of Actionscript 3 using bitmaps. 1000 little... Idunno's on the screen at a time

    What do you guys think?

lolz WTF are those moving things, what is the point of them?
The sigs, however, are very nice, but they all seem to have the generic cloudy look, IDK why I feel that way
