Papu's Pyramid Hello again, I'm back with a new Crash Team Racing Remake. It is Papu's Pyramid! If you can remember, Papu is this guy: This is his home track. It includes the Shortcuts, Venus Fly Trap looking plants (That eat you), and Turbo Strips. Pretty much an exact replica. The landmines are so you have a better chance of getting eaten by it. (Don't ask why it looks like a lightpole. I ran low on Budget!!) I really enjoyed this, but the plants were somewhat annoying because i had no idea they killed you :[
Of course they kill you, in the original they ate you and swallowed you. I couldn't really recreate that so I just made it a teleport to your death type thing.
This looks alright. Not to sound mean but I really dont like it when people use the wall colleseum's for an entire sky track. It makes it seem like you didnt spend to much effort putting it togethor. The thing I like the most is the climb around that center building. Its a good harcore track =)
Nice. I really like crash team racing and I'm gonna download and see if it brings back old memories. Great concept! Too bad we can't have the old power ups!
BEST. REMAKE. EVER. I was actually going to do this remake but i guess you beat me to it. These were the days... Great remake very good. I love the Papu face on the start of the pyramid. I'm thinking of doing Dragon Mines for a remake. Or cortex castle although i'm not sure how to include the seals and spiders. I had to bust out the playstation after seeing this dude I love you.
