Ouch! Get better soon. This reminds me of a year ago when my head was cut open and I was getting stitches whilst watching TV in the hospital room! Haha
Dude... I wondered where you were! Right after getting Scythe into MM too! I hope you have a speedy recovery and get back to forging soon. I saw your maps in progress, they need completing because they looks great <3
When I was six, I split the back of my head open on the corner of the sidewalk. They GLUED my head together while I also watched TV, haha.
Thank you for the picture Paints, seriously, I love that kind of stuff. Good luck man! This happpened to me too, but it was the corner of a pillar.
shiiiiiiit that looks painful, I've only had two serious injuries; oneof which happened while playing soccer, I slipped up after a kick and landed on my thumb. Turns out that isnt a good idea, I ended up breaking my thumb and the tumbnail of my left hand was touching my forearm. Other one was a dislocated kneecap. Anyways, youve got balls o ****in steel for taking that picture, best of luck on your recovery. I don't really know ya, but you are a ****in badass.
Looking back at that picture, it reminds me almost of something that would happen in Dead Space. (The "Eye Poke Machine".) Perhaps you can use it as inspiration for a new Flood map, turning something bad into something good! And maybe even use it as a banner, although I would suggest adding some effects to it so it'll look a bit less gross
****, man. I hate surgery. When I was about 13, I got hit in the head with a golf club and had to have surgery to repair some, but I was so wiped out I didn't know what was going on, so I have to applaud you for watching some doctor pick through your hand's insides while being aware. I hope for a speedy recovery, man! Sucks this happened to you!
Big deal, so PA1NTS cut his hand, anyone can cut their hand. Is this what you want, is this what makes you love me? Why daddy, why did you leave us.
GODFUCKINGDAMMIT WHY DID I OPEN THAT SPOILER That is probably the most disgusting thing I had ever seen medical-wise. Sorry about what happened to your hand and I pray that you make a quick recovery and get back to owning nubs on Halo.
Dude you should kill your cat ....... I'll miss you Jord : Jordy - « Dur dur d'être un bébé » - YouTube
So that's what the inside of PA1NTS looks like. I can finally die in peace now. My life long questions have been answered. Hope the feeling comes back soon. Not sure how much longer I can go on without your forging PS how the hell does the doctor even know whats going on down there. It looks like the jello I had for dessert last night.
I hope they were able to give you anesthesia for that. It's so creepy when you flinch from the pain and can see stuff moving. Good luck.
Sexy picture is sexy. Hope you get the feeling back bro ... my sister had the same thing happen, didn't lose the feeling in her fingers though. Got a MASSIVE scar though. Enjoy
Thanks for the love everyone. It's giving me something to read every now and then. It's great to have people like you guys. I am healing. Although I still can't feel my pinky and it feels like there's a definite hole in my hand. I want dat controller back in ma hand. Thanks REMkings for cancelling my BIOC lobby.
Obviously it's more prudent to just wait and heal, but have you seen these? There are a couple designs floating around. Looks interesting. Could be good for forging. I can't imagine how hard it would be to actually play effectively with one though.
Dude, the near exact same thing happened to me once, only instead I was 10-12 and fell of a trampoline and cracked my head on a ROTTING TREE STUMP. Then I had my head glued together in a hospital. Already said this but hope PA1NTS has a speedy recovery.
Crazy! I think my friend has something like this. I'm pretty sure you'd play way better than a regular controller too because it's almost like using a mouse. I'm gunna look into one of these. It'd be really useful and I think I'd probably use it after my injury heals.
If anything I imagine it'd be less precise for actual gameplay, since you have to use (I guess) your index and ring fingers to control each stick. They don't have as great a range of movement as your thumbs do, and it's MUCH harder to move them independently than it is to move your thumbs. I can see why it'd be useful for those only able to use one hand, and in that vein it looks like a really nice design, but I can't imagine wanting to use one over a regular controller.
