Outpost C9 Created by Rubber Grunt Supported Gametypes: Basically all slayer FFA gametypes work fine, best with 2-4 players. Map Description This is High Ground map with some subtle differences to make play more comeditive and, in some cases, demanding. At first glance Outpost C9 seems bland and uninteresting, but once you start playing you'll notice the difference. In case you're wondering, the name comes from the back wall of the base, behind the missle launcher. _________________________________________________ The hard to find rocket launcher in the shadows The sniper rifle in its dominating position The base interior's flare. Can be very useful and very annoying. The sword is right out in the open, be careful trying to grab it! The spartan laser at the very back of the map. The needler spawns on the platform near the bridge _________________________________________________ By the way, this is my first forge hub map post, so anything at all concerning feedback is appreciated. all that u did was change the weapon spawns and bungie had already made a good weapon system on that map, the laser was for the defenders on high ground, the sniper was on lower ground so it wasnt so powerful and the rockets took equal time to get at the beginning of the game. this map is bland and uninteresting
Thanks for the feedback... but a birds eye view wouldn't really show anything because the only thing that's changed are some weapons and crates. Thanks anyway!
yeah but this is pretty much normal highground with different weapon spawns. maybe block of a few doors or a few more differnces to make it more original.
so what! Just because you change the weapons does NOT mean it sucks. I would enjoy this because I will actually play on it and see if it's good. It's kinda like high ground with a twist if you ask me.
changing the weapon spawns wasn't that necessary bungie had already picked very good ones anyways they were only power weapons to
Changing the weapons changes the map's gameplay, and that's actually what forge was originally inteded for when halo 3 came out. This is actually a good idea because it could turn the tide of a game quite drastically
I disagree what many people say here. Weapon changes make the game different to useful and can be a refreshing change. Isn't that what forrge was made for in the first place? Some of you're scenery looks good but some of the pics aren't working and are slow to load. Not bad. This is a pretty good map for non-foundry. The weapon/ scenary placement looks pretty good from what I can see. The only thing that this map lacks is a little spice. You need to make more drastic changes (maybe by putting in some crates.) or you need to give this map a defining feature such as a cool structure... that would sell it for me. Thats just my opinion, good map though. 4/5
