I was reading the BWU and I saw a cool skee ball map that used the stockpile scoring system. In the update, Bungie pretty much looked like they thought this guy was the first one to implement it. But I'm pretty sure I was the first one to come up with it XD

I'd say I invented it but a lot of people seem to have discovered it on their own; I'm just pretty sure I was the first one to do so, and here's my evidence! http://www.forgehub.com/forum/reach-mini-game-maps/107438-soccer-field.html

Does anyone know of any map before this one that employed the stockpile scoring system?

Wolftacular, I know your map is what inspired me to go ahead with my map, which was hogball at the time. It became Revball. I just expanded on your idea and made it one round scoring.

The first one I saw was Smashball but it looks like you had them beat by a couple weeks. I co-opted it myself for Trackball. Shame it took so long for Bungie to deliver the new Insane gametype, which makes this kind of stuff sooooo much easier - and is what inspired me to make another gametype along these lines, Tunnelball.
