Anyone get this yet? It's a great buy 5 games in 1, all of them are quality too. <3 Weighted Companion Cube ;D
its much better than it looks, HL 2 and episodes 1 and 2 are amazing, portal is great, and Team Fortress 2 is pretty fun...its a crazy deal
HL2 is a good single player game TF2 is good, but better on PC because you can have up to 32 people (instead of 16) Portal is amazing, credits alone are worth $20
The Orange Box is moist and delicious, much like cake. Seriously- it's a great deal at $12 a game. I may not play Half-Life as seriously, but Portal is a blast, and TF2 is the most fun I've had in online multiplayer in a long time, aside from halo.
"Congratulations on completing that last part, where we pretended to try to murder you. We are all glad about how much you've won, we will throw a party, and there will be cake. Please lie down on the ground and assume the proper party submission position until an attendent can come to pick you up. Do not make any further attempts to leave the testing area."
My general thinking process has been screwed up due to too much team fortress 2. "Hmm, that girl over there is kinda acting suspicious... Why is she trying to avoid everyone? I'll just hit her in the back with a baseball bat a few times to be sure..."
I rented Portal today and found it so much fun. Between me and my brother, we were able to beat the game in under 3 hours. However the game still stands as one of our new favorites. If you don't buy the Orange Box, at least rent it!
All the games look really fun. Well portal doesn't look that great to me, but I hear it's amazing. I would get it, but the only time I ever have to play video games, I spend it playing halo 3, battlefield 2, or shadowrun.
Play Portal, rent the game, but it whatever, you have to play Portal, it's amazing game, fun and it's actually funny at times.
Portal touches a deep part of my heart. My goodness, that is addictive fun. The game was way short, though! I realize it's not a full game, but it makes me smile to know that custom levels are in the making by communities not unlike this one!
