what team? who is this? what's going on? Spam? Give people a reason to join your team, tell them a bit about it. Who are the other members? Saying "Join my team" without presenting anything else probably doesnt entice someone.
You don't need to make anouther thread for this since you already have a recruiting thread for a team. I suggest recruiting elsewere you'll have better luck in matchmaking.
