    Concepts aren't dead... Same realities since 2002, kinda funny... because not much seems to be done, and we almost had the LHC go off this last summer, but instead it was halted for more testing until this upcoming spring, if I'm not mistaken (don't quote me on that)... Regardless, the fact that they consider using one within 100 billion miles is beyond me.

    A lot of really good information in this video, I hope you all take the time to watch it.

    LHC is a very long experiment. every time they adjust the equipment it takes a couple of months to cool them of warm them to workable temperatures.
