I have one thing to say - this better be in the Grifball playlist. This is absolutely the best Grifball map I've seen. Very good use of the swimming glitch, probably the best they'll ever be. I thought the original map on the preview was amazing, but this is downright unbelievable. The way you used the asthetics of Longshore with the given Forge objects was extremely clever and very, very pleasing to my eye. Since I see no downsides to this map, I declare this map the best Longshore map ever made. 5/5. I smell super sexy feature time.
Even though Water Polo is the recommended gametype, KOTH, TS, and Oddball are very fun aswell and on top of that you can mess with the weapon settings for those three and experiment with team snipers or any other weapon(except grav hammers they tend to ruin the fun). Seriously, gets some friends and play this 50-100 times for maximum enjoyment.
This is an amazing idea, how is there no floor and you will still float. Great forging and a great gametype.
this game is so much fun, the only problem(though it hardly ever happens) is when u get stuck in one spot for a time, otherwise this map is so much damn fun. every1 dl this now or u hav no soul
I like it but when you pick up the bomb you don't go fast enough to float so you just sink to the bottom and die. If you made him anymore faster it would be unfair and his gravity is too high to float. Map is cool but game type has some bugs.
Speed has nothing to do with floating, it all lies in the gravity setting which is the same for the bomb carrier. As i explained in the origional post you only have about 10 seconds to float unless you get hit by an opponent or friendly then you float longer. The bomb carriers speed is set to 90% while everyone else is at 150% so you have an advantage to catch him should he slip past you.

Spoiler got it? OK!, now that we got that out of the way... CONGRATULATIONS!!! This is the first community supplied variant of Grifball EVER to be featured on the front page of Grifball.com, which is usually reserved for official Grifball League news. It is way too early to tell if this map will be included in future Double EXP Weekends, but for now, being accepted by regular Grifball League players is a huge step in the right direction.

This map is just incredible. Very original (other than being grifball) and extremely creative. It's too late for me to be playing Halo, but I'll DL promptly. Looks great, I'm looking forward to playing on it. PS: You're thread is a little hard to follow with all the crazy colors PPS: The Bungie kids are givin' some love!

This is awesome! Unlike "Grifgolf", where there's not enough room, this is perfect! I'd play this over Grifball anyday! Except... well... *cough* needs grav hammers *cough*
You can use grav hammers if you want but it is not recommended considering when you swing it will sink you and/or the people around you. In testing the only other viable option was brute shots but it tended to be to hectic.
Congrats guys this map is getting all the acknowledgment it deserves, hopefully this will be the double xp gball from now on, or at least one of the like 10 they have.
