Wow Oblivion looks awesome! Dark....very dark...now I just need to ask Tom French to add a flashlight.
I've been playing Doom since the first one released and my personal favorite is Doom 64 and I also freakin' loved the latest one too. And man you nailed it! Great job! This map and I pray to doom guy this will be in action sack, I will go nuts if it does! F****ng amazing and not only that, the trailer felt like an actually trailer! Kudos for that as well! Might be a stupid question but you never know Have you tested this with the Doom GT?
Well I'm guessing its the first Doom game type, it's by WyvernZu. It's called Doom Classic - FFA. But without the ability to jump but that's easy to fix Guessing you've made your own and I think that's for the best cause the new doom doesn't have classic mechanics. If of course you're going for that You deserve it!
So I finally got around to watching this. There are some things I don't like about Oblivion. I don't like the fire in the walls. I don't like how cramped the area around the altar is. And I've never been a fan of demonic art, so the overall theme turns me off in some respects. But the design of Oblivion on a geometric level, from the sloping hills to the segmentation of the areas, and the way players flow around the map either through teleporters or pathways, and the various sightlines - all of this comes together so well that it has completely changed the way I approach Forge in this game. To that end, Oblivion is my favorite Forge map and I honestly think it's the most interesting map in this game thus far. I initially backed out of the coforge based on the theme, but I'm glad I still had a chance to contribute to it because it came together and exceeded my expectations.
If I changed the number of columns in the chapel from 6 to 4 would you like it then Also <4 thanks buddy
The two right by the altar are the only annoying ones but 4 might look weird artistically. I know you've been thinking about doing 4 though for other reasons so maybe you should go with it.
