Dis mahp r sexy. I really like the bases with the grass, as it feels more organic and I noticed that players seem to be really attracted to maps with it as it proves that you spent a long time on the map. I also love the way you managed to make the map symetrical yet not as a map like the original sandbox, which is purty basic. Very nice design and a perfect name. I'm dl'ing ( yeah, I just pluralized an acronymm)( if that's even a word )

The program is called Google Sketchup (which you can download for free) and to get the Forge items into Sketchup, you need to download the components found here. OT: You know how I feel about this map, it's just fun to play. Good job with V2 as all the changes are for the better. You may download the map for any reason (whether it be aesthetics or you liked Sanctuary) but it is the gameplay that keeps players coming back to Oasis.

This looks like a great map. I found one problem though, one of the junctures between the obelisks in those leaning double obelisk pillars on either side of the central structure (the one on the right when facing the red side) isn't perfect, there is a little edge you can easily jump on to, and from there it is quite easy to jump onto the roof of the central structure, which is a very powerful position, and even has decent cover from the obelisks poking through it. Probably needs to be fixed.
It was intentional. V1 had a Ring 3 jump as well it was just more difficult, so did Sanctuary. It isn't gamebreaking and adds another element to gameplay.
congrats on forgehub favourites, this map truly seems to capture sanctuary style of gameplay (I love how the clips of this map in the video seemed to replicate the clips taken from sanctuary itself). I hope to get a couple of games on this in the near future as it really does look like great fun.
Love this map, dude. Played it over the weekend with a bunch of people from NeoGAF and everyone thought it was a blast. The heavy Sanctuary influence makes it very easy to navigate for first-time players, and it supported our bloated numbers quite nicely. This one will be on the hard drive for quite a long time.
A beautifully crafted and nostalgic map. Maps like these make me wish I could navigate sketchup without getting frustrated. I felt a little lost at first, but within the first few minutes things started coming back to me.
HALO 2 heaven An ambitious undertaking and you suceeded my friend. The lines of sight are really close to the original. We booted up team rockets just for nostalgias sake.
