Hey I just let a guy I know finish one of my maps which I started a while back and for some reason It's just not letting him spawn any objects. I mean, it lets him spawn random objects at random times but never all of them, most of them are just highlighted grey all the time. I know this sometimes happens when you forge with a partner but he is on his own. Help would be appreciated ^_^
Has his budget reached the limit? Has he hit the object limit number? Has he used a budget glitched canvas and deleted the last object of those specific objects, causing him to be able to spawn that object? Check all these things as its bound to be one of them.
Sounds like it was budget glitched and that broke. Check one of the objects you can still spawn to see if the run time max > the number on map.
Was the map budget glitched when you started forging? If it was then your budget glitch has 'un-glitched' itself when you went into a forge game over xbox live. Unfortunately there is no way tp solve this problem
Yeah I'm having the same problem. I'm on a budget-glitched sandbox map, and I can place most of the items, but some of them I can't like a slit wall. I never deleted the last of it or anything. It just stopped letting me place it, and there is 40 of them left. Also there is still room left on the map.
If there is 40 of them left then you did delete the last one off the map, unless the idiot who made the canvas deleted it. In any case you find a different canvas.
Well. Here's what to do. Start a game on the map, and if you have ANY budget left before you spawn any objects, then you might be able to revive your map. If you have budget glitched map, then find any objects that are "de-budget glitched" And re-glitch them. To recognize de-glitched objects, look at the run-time maximum of each of them. For an object to be budget glitched, the run time maximum should be 1 more than however many there are on the map. If the number is the same as however many there are on the map, then while you have budget, put the run time max up by one of any non-glitched objects. You'll notice that when you do this, your budget will go back down to 0. Which means that after you do 1 object, save and quit. Then start the game, and do another. Rinse and Repeat. However, if you have no budget at the very start of the game, you might have to delete some stuff and then reforge it later. If you don't want to delete anything, then you're just screwed.
