My halo 3 game disk isnt working. When I put it in it either says "play DVD" |) Or "play game" but then it says "disk cannot be read" I cleaned it, still no worky. This will make my secret forge project even more postponed. Any ideas of what to do?
Try a different DVD/Game, and see if its a disk problem or a xbox problem. If it's the xbox that is messing up, send it in to get fixed. If it's the disc, just buy another one.
yeah i would do what rightsidetheory said. and if its the disk luckly for you to buy one its only about 30$ now when mine did that it was 60$
Cod5 works... maybe halo 3 will work later.... Man.. I gotta [ay off my Boyscouts stuff.. then save for a new halo 3. 5 weeks without halo FTL
Is the bottom of the disc scratched at all? If not, rent Halo 3 from Blockbuster and switch the discs...
try cleaning it really good and open up your xbox tray to see if any dust or anything is in there. You can usually just blow the dust out. If that doesn't work all i can think to do is get another disk. That sucks man.
Do what rightsidetheory suggests. If that doesnt work then its either u find a new hobbie or you somehow get a new one. whether u buy or trade.
Have you ever moved your xbox while a game is inside it. It makes a wild buzzing noise and screws up your xbox and causes games to not work. As the others said try cleaning the disk and trying other games to see if its a system problem or just the disk
