No plasma rifles?

For me not being able to place certain weapons is not a problem since there is usually a similar weapon. What I really hate is that people cannot spawn with plasma rifles; I at least could not find them

 

You are correct, a player is unable to spawn with a plasma rifle unless a mod is used. Same goes for the Carbine.

 

And senitel beam, and fuel rod, additionally, grenade regeneration doesn't work on fire bombs.
