No Longer Commander Nosey...

Ok, so, for the past few months I've had a highest skill of 39. I've wanted to get the rank of Strike Commander almost since I began Halo 3. Seriously, I've just thought the name sounded ridiculously sweet. So, why not try to stand out from the amass of Generals or second account-ers??


Now, I've had my 39 in Team Doubles for the longest time. At random times, a friend will want me to help him rank up; so, I'll get him to 24 kills in Team Doubles (we've been able to veto all Objective games that come up) and quit out. I've done this merely to help out a friend and keep my desired low rank at the same time.


I've wanted this rank for the longest time. However, after playing a long night of Social Games, my rank went up to a 40 in Team Doubles. I have no clue how, and absolutely no clue why. Despite this, I am now the not-so-proud owner of a level 40. I think I'll go about my lonely way now =[

You can now write this down as probably one of the very, very few requests to have a lower rank lulz

I'll take it step-by-step. I consider myself neither terrible nor someone who'd attempt to cover up why I had a low rank (I'd like to note the redundancy of GrabThaTech420). Secondly, if I were really good, then I would have to beat good players, not "shitty kids."

To reconstruct my previous argument, I'd like to note that your rank does not affect the people you play. I play with the same few friends every time I play, and all of us are 40+. Now, I can't count the number of times we go up against players who are worse than us or better than us. That said, your Skill (in any particular Ranked Playlist) does affect who you play against. However, due to my desire to not achieve a higher rank, I never played ranked games.

To counter your, "obviously I'm not the best" bit, I'd like to say that I don't feel this way about myself either. Also, it is in no way a "shitty rank." If I were to flame or criticize as you have done (reported btw), I would do so with your grammar. My mere amusement prevents such, though. "AMUSEMENT?!" you say???

It doesnt make sense, dont be a ***** and play against your own skill level.

1. Desiring a rank does not make anyone a *****. Never will I criticize someone for having "noob bars" or anything of the sort. Perhaps, they thought the name was cool, just as I did.

2. Nothing I can do (short of creating a new account like a realnoob) will allow me to affect who I play against. You seem to just want to gripe about something, and you've picked the most insultingly intelligent person to gripe to =]

With all that behind us, please, learn to appreciate the game you play as I have done. You waste your time by criticizing or finding minor flaws. It's better to accept what the designer has created and work with it. Remember, neither of us are game designers, and neither of us have place to criticize. Thanks.
