Night club map updates

    thanks to psycho duck and everyone else (commander colson i love ferrous)for map testing back on monday 2/21 it was real fun but i made the following changes to my map to improve performance
    * ghosts respawn 100 seconds after destroyed now instead of 120
    *increase nightclub stage wall height to prevent camping with railgun
    *added extra walls to outlook and bottom blue to prevent snipers at green tower from shooting where they are not supposed to
    *removed man cannon at red base and replaced with crates for more "realism"

    I will finish my post by saying some changes i might make in the future
    *due to railgun updates if the railgun is too powerful in my next test i may have to change it back to my original idea a plasma caster
    *one mongoose on each team will be replaced with a gungoose
    * fix spawning (of course)
