    made this one today because i was bored and it was raining out. also im not home and my xbox is broke D': but anyways.

    The second one with the dragon is 34% cooler.

    Dragon is better... they both look pretty much awesome though.

    i like the dragon one a lot better, i see you used the [noise>pick] tool. i don't suggest you use the pick tool, then leave it alone, always add some blur effects, or some brushes to make it look more natural.

    The effects are meh...the noise around the render kills it...also, the render looks like it has some white stuff around it from a bad render job...

    Not very good. :/

    The first one looks like you went a little crazy with the sharpen tool.
