Behr is probably best these are all used with a modded map which I have but unfortunately can't give you. You put weapons in the form of letters in front of the smoke on blackout and then shoot weapons in front of the smoke. In theatre if you look through the plasma shot or whatever wheapon you use it comes out cool in different colors like these.

No, modded content is not allowed on Forgehub. The map he is referring to is a modded map, so it in turn is not allowed either.
It does not matter being that this is a Halo 3 map. Forgehub is a Bungie affiliate, and Bungie does not approve of Modded Maps. Therefore we fully support them, and also disapprove of all modded content. Do not post a link to modded content and we will all remain content cwutididthar?
