I think, instead of forging for hours on end, Bungie should make a new job opening. People should be able to send in some kinda of form of a map that they would like to have Bungie create, for like $10 or whatever. Bungie could edit it so, its not like all the same kinda of blocks and towers, like sandbox and whatnot. I mean, dont you think The Big B would be able to do this pretty easily if they gave you a decent form to fill out? In my opinion, this would be uber cool. It would save you time, lose you money... but instead of sitting in front of the Xbox for like 54534058 hours forging a map Bungie could make in a few minutes, just pay a few bucks.
Alright, Im just saying this would be really cool. It actually wouldnt take that long to make a map for Bungie, and plus, there's money involved. Just think how many maps they have, that they havent replaced to the public. They could do anything they imagine basically.
fix'd This would never work; 1. 99.99% of submissions would be inadequate in detail 2. 99.99% of people wouldn't be able to afford to contract bungie out to create 'their' map 3. Bungie would harm their long term profitability by spending large amounts of time on projects that don't advance their tech, continue to attract the best graduates, or generate new IP
