I agree, this does look like it has nothing to do with Halo and it just seems like a preview of an editing software. The cinema effects don't really look in-game material but if its a cut scene i don't see it related to a halo cut scene also.
Fake trailer, no need for this thread. There was a brand new video revealing the first look at Halo 4, though, so enjoy that.
