No I get that. My point is I don't see why generator defense would require special netcode. If you remove weapon drops the only "inanimate" object would be the generators. Which I guess would require the campaign netcode. It just seems odd to me that this gametype requires such a special netcode. Though they did say we might not actually see generator defense in the final, so who knows. I for one am interested to see if they're going to try 6 person co-op, it is a 6 person team afterall.
This is entirely only for a test of their coding live... they merely packaged it in a fun little gametype to keep you interested while they collect their data. Just help the dudes out and play a few games of it and then go play whatever the hell you want.
