Hello, I just made a group called The U.M.A., or, The United Military Alliance. It is a new clan that is based off of obviously Halo 3. We play many games other than Halo 3 and are currently looking for new members. I have made temporary forums for the clan. Since I am not the greatest at making forums, I am asking for the help of a tech guy that is skilled in making forums. Also, I want to make a home site that has all of our info. If anyone that has technical skills with making forums and sites, please, please help. For those that just want to get a new start and join a new clan, please go to the site below. Hopefully, someone will help me with my lack of good forums. I need someone who can make a completely new forum and site. I want to have army ranks from Cadet to Colonel with pictures on the forums. Also, on the forums I want to have signatures, avatars, and maybe reputation. The actual forum names I can deal with, all I need is admin of it. For some reason, the forum I made, the pictures and avatars are all messed up, so I need a tech guy who can make a forum using a different forum maker.
