Ok, well here is my first pop up signature. I finished about a week ago but it never got rated. So, what do you peoples wait.
Add more effects that pop out but I like the wings, also the border is way too thick, if you do something like that try making the bottom about 5 pixel border top 5 pixel border than Ctrl+A then Right Click then click Stroke and make it 1 pixel so it looks sorta like the border in my current signature but not white.
