These are my first gimp sigs I've ever made. I made this in about 30 minutes to an hour after I got all the pictures and such off of the internet. I made this with a two renders. It took me maybe 20 minutes to get the render and finish the sig...although it should have taken 5 minutes... I made this in about an hour. It took about 15-20 minutes to get the picture I used. I have two versions of this pictures. The one I don't have is only different in one way...the largest alien cruiser is green instead of gray. This made it look a lot better in the end. Thanks for looking. Please comment and give me some tips on what I should do to make these better if you can. :happy:
Those are pretty good for your first GIMP tries. Maybe you could read some tutorials over at gimptalk. Thats where I learned my techniques. And if you need any help, just PM me. Also, you could check out my tutorial thread. Im going to add many more tutorials there very soon.

Albyhouse, I do like the first and second tutorials you provided. But I think there isnt enough detail with the render in the 2nd. And RubbrDuckE, I made that tutorial thread today. But im about to add my shiny text tutorial and possibly a background one.

Wow they are pretty goodd .. Lets just say they are ALOT! better then my first sigs =] All i can say to you to get better is search for tutorials ..
