I use Final Stand because I hate every other deathstreak. Painkiller makes you a ****ing MW2 spartan and everyone hates you coz of it, copy cat is just lame, and martyrdom... need I say more?
If you don't completely suck, then deathstreaks don't matter. They're useful, yes, but you won't be using them all the time. I use any deathstreak but final stand. When you're in final stand, you're vulnerable. A sitting duck. People won't stop shooting you until they get the points. Sure, there are some situations where it proves to be very useful, but again, you don't get to use your deathstreak often.
I dont competely suck, but deathstreaks matter to me too, sometimes (like to everyone else i think) and i think final stand is the best deathstreak in cod. Copycat - Useless, all good weapons (in my opinion) are unlocked by default, so i dont have to steal someones class Painkiller - Only for a limited time and you get too much hate for it (for a reason) Martyrdom - Pretty much useless unless someone knifed you, i think i died from a martyrdom granade once since i play mw2 Final Stand - In final stand you are able to kill the person trying to kill you most of the time, after killing this guy I (Cold-Blooded Pro + Ninja Pro + Silencer) just have to wait a little bit and you are able to continue to play. I survive about 50% of my final stands.
I purposely use copycat, because i don't have to use it (You have to press 'y' in killcam, instead i just skip it). I hate deathstreaks and, IMO, they were a completely pointless addition to the game.
At the end of the day, who cares if you decided to use painkiller? Who cares if you use noob tubes, or rpgs, or LMGs, or even '87s? I'll use them, when I feel like I need them. Glitches on the other hand... that's a NO in my book.
I feel the same in some sense, but i just think the game would be better without them. IMO, all the weapons are fine and balanced. apart from the shotguns. to underpowered, although on a game like CoD, that's a little more acceptable.
I disagree on the shotguns, the only reason they're underpowered is because they take so ****ing long to switch out to.
not when you see that submachine guns and pistols can kill people at very long range, so shouldn't shotguns be given more?
I think all the weapons are fine. It's just that the AR's (and to an extend the Snipers) are so versatile that you think your at a disadvantage whenever you have a weapon that is only effective in specific environments.
Yeah, i concur matty. ACR silenced with scavanger pro is good at long range down the sights and shortrange good from the hip. I have no need for a shotgun w/ that. I do keep the spas w/ grip handy though.
Has anyone notice how you can play a gagillion games on Afghan and Favela, but only like 1 game on Highrise? Im mean, I could literally only play 15 games on Afghan, Favela, and other maps before I even play another game on Highrise again. Highrise is my favourite map, mainly because it isn't as big as the other maps in the game... Also, I think IW shouldn't have incorporated the Bandolier perk with the scavenger pro perk. The bandoliers should have been added to equipments, just like the claymores... I can't even build a proper stealth class because im afraid of the trade-offs regarding the perks. Its like, "I want the extra ammo, but I also want 2 attachments (silencers, holographic)." What I use for my stealth class now is a, silenced Fal with holographic sight, silenced usp .45 with tactical knife, tactical insertion, cold-blooded pro, and ninja pro. I chosed the Fal mainly because its a powerful semi-auto gun that only requires 2 to 3 shots at most to take down enemies, so ammunition isn't a big problem anymore...
ive taken up heavy duty quickscoping recently, and ima beast. i think turning my sensitivity from 2 to 7 helped a lot.
I don't know how anyone plays on any sensitivity than medium. If I play on any higher sensitivity it makes me dizzy.
Which is better on an intervention? An ACOG or a thermal scope? I have been using thermal a lot. Though I guess acog is better for quick scoping, but I don't quick scope that much. This.
Thermal is best prolly because you don't have to find the target as much with an acog. With the thermal just shoot the center of the white, but with acog you have to find the chest/head from the bg.
It depends, honestly. Thermals, i hate when i'm moving the reticule, and there's motion blur in the background. ACOG, I hate the sway (Steady Aim helps a little, but i'm a ninja pro ^.^). Personally, I'd go with ACOG. More to see on screen, (usually) smaller scope size when running around. To mace, I just don't move my reticule for a moment and wait till I see moving pixels on my screen. At least my bad tv is good for something! lol
I want someone elses take on it, and maybe someone will reccomend me something new, that works, better.
