Really, I see them skipped all the time. Thats mostly because when I play 6v6 gametypes, a lot of the maps are way to big for it so people skip.

This is why instead of skipping maps, or at least attempting to skip, I try to join another game. Everyone tries to skip Highrise, the map I lvoe, and not skip the maps I hate. :/
For anyone looking for some entertainment on a dreary day of MW2, try out some C4. Pick a highly populated area where people run through, chuck a C4, and wait. It is one of the most enjoyable things on the game seeing someone get blown to **** out of nowhere. EDIT: and if you were wondering how people got the crazy pig emblem. You get it by killing someone with C4 when you are on last stand.
I'm so badass. I put C4 right next to the objective in S&D. Fired off a few rounds and went into my hidden vantage point. *click* Three kills.
So, me and a few buddys were playing TDM tudai. We get wasteland, and we all have stealth sniper classes with thumpers. All of us launch thumpers, we get a few kills, we hid in the bushes till the end of the game. You shouldve heard the other team in the lobby.
Lol i could do that so easily. I know all of the sniping and hiding spots on all of the maps. I just need a team to do it with.
