I'm ahead of you; I got the M9, the Thumper, the M16, the ACR, the UMP.45, the M21 EBR, the Spas, the AK47, and soon to be the RPG7. I should probably go outside sometime soon
The moment I got to 10th Prestige, Lv70, I ditched this game for Halo 3 and WaW until Reach comes out.
WaW > MW2 by far, in terms of fairness, balance, funness, etc. It's just an overall better game in general. The only thing I don't like about it is the hitboxes while people are running.
And the fact that an MP40 with stopping power is a 2 hit kill. You know what else is a two hit kill? Bolt Action Rifles. That being said, that lesser use of noob tubes is refreshing.
On MW2, generally 8/10 people I get matched with are using danger close or commando. And those that aren't, are hardline streak whoring or boosting. All of my classes have stopping power, sitrep or steady aim and slight of hand, and all are 'skill' weapons. only Automatic assault rifles, non-UMP subs, and the AUG. All with FMJ, Silencer, or grip. All my secondaries consist of are the USP, G18 (single), Deagle, M1014, TMP, and the AT4. Killstreaks are Sentry, Precision, and the emergency airdrop (enemy bait). I feel it makes it more balanced, challenging, fun and fair, as I have no significant advantage (which are handed to you on a plate), and I have to play with strategy, and plan my attacks, or simply have the faster reactions, as opposed to OMA launching across maps, 5-7-11. It's worth trying, it really does make you better than the rest.
^^^ that's all nice and I do understand what you mean but at the same time it kinda gets annoying when everyone uses it. I play with a hint of lag so already I can't snipe anymore and im still amazed at how fast the UMP kills. As for the spas problem that people say it's noob, it is really strong but I wouldn't say noob because you still have to pump it after a shot if u miss.
I've only got over 2500 kills with the Scar-H, M4A1 Carbine and the UMP-45. I don't use the M4A1 or the UMP at all anymore. I've got a class for the Scar but it's rarely used. Mini-Uzi=God.
Ehh, I don't really like it. I think I'm going to move on to the WA2000 until Tuesday. Side note; I have around 90 weapon related titles and emblems
